Upkar Bains is a seasoned education leader with over two decades of experience across early childhood and outside school hours care. Having held roles in both center leadership and regional management, Upkar possesses a comprehensive understanding of the obstacles leaders and educators encounter when supporting children with diverse requirements.Deeply committed to inclusion and wellbeing, Upkar focuses on equipping educators with actionable, real-world strategies. With specialized expertise in behavior support and team leadership, Upkar has a proven track record of helping services enhance their practices and foster environments where both staff and children flourish.Inclusive Horizons Support was established to bridge the divide between theoretical knowledge and practical application, offering empathetic and professional guidance in ADHD, autism, behavior management, and inclusive education.
